Twenty years memorial thanksgiving service has been held for the Late Chief Benjamin Moneke.

Correspondent, Chukwuemeka Modilim reports that the event took place at Saint Michael’s and All Angels Anglican Church, Nri in Anaocha Local Government Area where a Guest Preacher, Venerable Azubuike Ugoha thanked God for the live of the deceased.

The daughter of the deceased, Professor Chinelo Ugwu expressed Joy that her father left his footprints on the sands of time by spearheading the building of Girl’s Secondary School, Nri as well as produced the first magistrate in the community.

The Managing Director of, Anambra Broadcasting Service, Mr. Christopher Molokwu represented by Mr. Eze Onwuji commended the contributions of Late Chief Moneke to the church and humanity.

The service featured presentation of posthumous award to late Chief Moneke by the church in recognition of his service to humanity.
