Thirty Hectares of Land has been officially handed over to the management of De Kings Yard Estate by Barrister Austin Udo of Nkwelle village in Awka south local government area.
The property located along Nibo- Ring Road will have all the modern facilities suitable for a mega estate including Security, solar lights, good road network among others.
Handing over the property Barrister Okolo Udo said the land has boundaries with the presidential layout and the former three arm zone.
The Managing Director of De Kings Yard Estate Reverend Favor Ofieli thanked Barrister Okolo Udo for transferring the land title to her company and promised to make the estate the envy of all.
She urged Ndi Anambra to heed Governor Soludo’s call and join hands to develop the State announcing that the estate will be on sale for twelve million naira as a promo for two weeks.
A prominent citizen of Awkuzu in Oyi local government Mr. Samuel Mbanugo, Professor Nnaama Umenweke of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka and Barrister Ikenna Udedibia called on developers to help in developing Anambra State.
