An Ihiala-born philanthropist, Mr Chidi Amamgbo has called for a collaborative effort in the fight against insecurity, especially in Ihiala area.
Mr Amamgbo, a legal practitioner based in United States of America, made the call in Awka during a media briefing on the issue.
While calling on the federal government to deploy every arsenal to return security to all parts of the country, Mr Amamgbo said that insecurity in Ihiala and environs has cost people of the area so much that they all have to abandon their ancestral homes, a situation he said shows that government has failed the citizens.
