National Youth Service Corps Members, NYSC currently undergoing the three weeks orientation programme at the Nnamdi Azikiwe NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp at Mbaukwu/Umuawulu, Awka South Local Government Area have performed the inter-platoon drill competition.
The Anambra State Co-ordinator of NYSC, Mrs. Blessing Iruma, in her remarks, explained that the competition is the hallmark of the training of the corps members during their orientation programme in order to develop their capacity and leadership abilities.
The Camp Commandant, Captain Yakubu Suleman also added that parades showcase the readiness and smartness of a particular unit, saying that the training the corps members have acquired during the period of the orientation course, has made them better prepared for the task ahead.
