The new Board Chairman of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, NAUTH, Nnewi, Honourable Ali Bukar Dalori, has promised to prioritize worker’s welfare, as well as ensure that staff and students of the institution are well motivated.
Speaking when he embarked on a working visit to the institution, which featured project tour, Honourable Dalori, who said that President Bola Tinubu is interested in providing quality, affordable and accessible healthcare services for the citizens, explained that the objective cannot be achieved without contributions of skilled and motivated workforce/professionals.
Earlier in his address, the Chief Medical Director of NAUTH, Professor Joseph Ugboaja, described what is happening at the teaching hospital as testament to the love President Bola Tinubu has for Ndigbo and the Southeast, and expressed confidence that Honourable Dalori’s tenure will bring further development to the institution.
The Vice Chancellor of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Professor Joseph Ikechebelu, represented by the Provost, College of Health Sciences of the institution, Professor Jude-Kennedy Emejulu, promised collaboration with the new Board Chairman on all aspects.
