Saint Patrick’s Cathedral Awka was filled to the brim as people from all walks of life converged to join Governor Chukwuma Soludo to show gratitude to God for his faithfulness in attaining three years in office.
Religion correspondent, Chinelo Onwuzulike reports that in a homily to mark the pontifical high mass, Most Reverend Mathew Hassan -Kukah of Sokoto Diocese said Anambra is a great state with giant strides in development due to consolidations of the past and present governors whom he said have the interest of the government at heart stating that Ndi Anambra is reflecting the sobriquet of the state as light of the nation.
Speaking shortly after the mass, an industrialist Sir Emeka Offor said that indeed, Governor Soludo has transformed the state for better and has touched all areas making the state investors hub, calling for total support to him so as to consolidate his mission and vision to Ndi Anambra.
