The Nigeria Union of Journalists, Anambra State Council has been listed to benefit from the one youth two skills initiative of Governor Chukwuma Soludo led administration.
The Commissioner for Youth Development, Mr. Patrick Ayamba, who announced this in his office in Awka, when a delegation of the NUJ called on him said that the Union was captured under existing business category where their capacity would be built for expansion and job creation, describing the state government’s relationship with the NUJ as one that is beyond consumption.
Earlier, the chairman of NUJ, Anambra State Council, Dr. Emeka Odogwu, said that the visit was to seek partnership with the ministry in the areas of capacity building and empowerment, as well as training of Anambra State NUJ members, noting that when a youth is progressing, other youths will benefit from it.
