A Medical Practitioner, Dr. Chukwuebuka Okafor has urged citizens to improve their personal hygiene to avoid body odour.

The medical expert stated this during an interaction and said that the most common cause of body odour is lifestyle.

According to Dr. Okafor, body odour is an anomaly that happens to a person without the individual’s knowledge usually caused by excessive sweating which is acted upon by human body bacteria which in turn generates body odour.

He advised everyone to imbibe the habit of proper health care, hygiene and apply deodorants to help reduce the body odour, which according to him reduces self-confidence.
