The National Coordinator of Soludo Ambassadors, Chief Obiorah Nwachukwu has described Governor Chukwuma Soludo as a trail-blazer who has positively changed the infrastructural status of the state in less than two years of his administration.

 

Speaking to the ABS in Awka, Chief Nwachukwu who extolled the leadership qualities of Governor Soludo, noted that the Governor has truly turned Anambra State into a one huge construction site where quality road constructions and reconstructions are concurrently ongoing across the twenty-one local government areas of the state, as well as the Awka capital city.

 

Chief Nwachukwu commended Governor Soludo for the recruitment of about five thousand teachers, and the ongoing recruitment of additional three thousand teachers, the recruitment of health care personnel, training and empowerment of five thousand youths under the one Youth, two Skills Solution initiative, free basic education and the various palliative programmes meant to cushion the hardship caused by the removal of fuel subsidy among numerous others.

 

He maintained that Governor Soludo has truly demonstrated that he has the solution to the myriads of problems facing Ndi Anambra over the years and called on the citizenry irrespective of their various political affiliations to keep supporting the good works of the current administration in the state.

 

According to Chief Nwachukwu, Governor Soludo, arguably, is the only Governor in the history of Anambra state that has giving Awka a face lift in terms of infrastructural development, as well as enhancing its aesthetics, and eulogized the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Awka Capital Territory Development Authority, (ACTDA), Mr. Ossy Onuko for judiciously implementing the solution agenda for the capital territory.

 

Chief Obiorah appealed to the various towns and communities in the state to take ownership of all the public projects and facilities in their areas in order for them not to be vandalized by hoodlums.
