Anambra State House of Assembly has consoled the family of late Right Honourable Anayo Nnebe, a former Speaker of the state House of Assembly.
House of Assembly Correspondent, Chukwuemeka Modilim reports that the House consoled the Nnebe family when the Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Right Honourable Somtochukwu Udeze, led members of the House to the family in Umuokpu Awka, in Awka South Local Government Area.
In his condolence message to the family; on behalf of members of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Right Honourable Udeze described the deceased as a distinguished parliamentarian; who served Anambra State and Nigeria with everything in him.
The Speaker, who disclosed that the House received the news of late Chief Nnebe’s death with shock, enjoined his family to take solace in the fact that he lived a fulfilled life and impacted humanity positively.
Right Honourable Udeze noted that the late lawmaker represented Awka South One Constituency from 2007 -2011, represented Awka North and South Federal Constituency in the National Assembly for four years, and was serving as a Special Adviser on Legislative and State Assembly Matters to Governor Chukwuma Soludo before his death
