Music and life are inseparable as music is said to be the balm of the soul.
Hip Pop and High Life seem to be on the rise more than any other music genre, with a high rate of patriotism among the youths in the country.
This is why it is rather surprising when you see a youth who is moving in to a new area of music, one of such is a group of two known as “Black Kings.”
Their kind of music is a mixture of local instruments, Dance and an injection of western music instrument.
For them it is about passion and telling the story of what happens in their environment.
Mella, the flutist, is another rare performer who is foraging into the area of flutes.
Even though, these areas may not have a wide appeal, they still have a way of soothing the wounds of the soul and could be better when encouraged.
Elsewhere, Phyno and American rapper, Pia Mia are now in media spotlight over song theft.
Reports emerged yesterday that Phyno’s song “I am a Fan” released in 2016, was said to have been stolen by the American singer and released on May 26th, this year.
Music lovers are basing the accusation on the fact that Phyno first released his version.
