The member representing Dunukofia Constituency in the Anambra State House of Assembly, Honourable Chuks Azotani says the recent technology awards received by Anambra State from the Federal Government for its commitment to digital development is the result of Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s huge investment in technology.

 

Honourable Azotani, who disclosed this while speaking to journalists in Awka, noted that the state achieved the overall winner Best State Digital Technology Development award for scoring the highest in all categories, and showcasing its dedication to advancing its digital landscape

 

The lawmaker observed that the awards, which were presented to the state by the Minister of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, Dr. Bosun Tijani during the eleventh National Council on Communication, Innovation and Digital Economy meeting held in Kano reflected the strategic vision and execution of Governor Soludo’s administration.

 

Honourable Azotani maintained that the awards are true demonstration of Governor Soludo’s unwavering commitment to technological advancement and the transformative journey he is driving in the state.

 

The lawmaker expressed satisfaction with the Governor’s spectacular performance in infrastructure and human capital development, where the state also received awards, saying that the Soludo administration has done well in road construction, as every local government in the state has benefited from the ongoing massive road construction across the state, while thousands of youths have been empowered through his “One Youth, Two Skills” initiative.
