The Caretaker Committee Chairman, New Auto Spare Parts Market, Nkpor, Chief Stephen Ofoleh has reiterated his determination to uphold the vision of Governor Chukwuma Soludo which is based on building a liveable, green and prosperous Anambra State in the market.
Chief Oforleh who stated this during the general prayer meeting of the market also announced the completion of repair of toilet facilities in the market and equally presented the thirty Solar power lights donated by the stakeholders in the market to traders and promised to commence electrification of the whole market soonest.
He called on the line chairmen to take charge of sanitation exercises in their lines and ensure that they finish sanitation first before embarking on prayers.
Earlier in a sermon, Brother Chinedu Uzo, also a trader in the market who spoke on the topic “Don’t give up on God”, called on Christians to stand firm on their faith in God no matter the challenges of life.
One of the stakeholders in the market, Sir Godwin Oguejiofor expressed joy at the zeal and vision of the new chairman to uplift the status of the market which he said prompted the market stakeholders to come out to give their support to his administration and lauded Governor Soludo for coming to their aid and promised their unalloyed support to his government.
The event featured inspection of the completed toilet facilities, distilled soak away pit and presentation of thirty Solar power lights to the market.
