Cutix Plc recently honoured over three hundred individuals for their dedicated service to the company over the past four decades.

 

The event held in Nnewi, Anambra State, recognized employees, distributors, former and current Directors, and even deceased members of Cutix family.

 

Awards were presented in various categories like thirty-five years, thirty years, twenty-five years, twenty, fifteen, ten years, and five years of service.

 

The ceremony was also used to acknowledge individuals who are no longer employed by Cutix, and posthumously honoured deceased employees.

 

Mrs. Ijeoma Oduonye, Chief Executive Officer of Cutix Plc, while explaining the company’s philosophy on long services award, said the awards acknowledge the valuable contributions of directors, staff and distributors for every five years they dedicate to the company.

 

She added that remarkably, these awards are bestowed upon both current and past individuals who meet the stipulated criteria, regardless of their employment status, and appreciated their current awardees for their continued commitment and loyalty to Cutix Plc throughout the years.

 

Mrs. Oduonye stressed the importance of recognizing those who have retired. adding that they value the contributions of those who have left the company, especially through retirement, even as she said that their hard work, dedication, and expertise remain part of their company’s legacy.

 

The Chairman of the occasion, Professor Obi Nwosu, highlighted the positive impact of such initiatives, saying that the event will significantly boost the morale of Directors, staff and distributors, as it served as a remarkable example in fostering strong company-staff relationship, and ultimately leading to increased motivation and productivity.

 

He commended the company’s leadership, including Engineer Ajulu Uzodike, Ambassador Okwudili Nwosu, Directors and the entire management team for making the award presentation a reality.

 

Barrister Ifeoma Nwahiri, Chairman of the Company, expressed pride with what the company did, saying that rewarding good work is a source of immense joy, especially as many of their current employees and distributors are children of pioneer staff.

 

One of the award recipients, Mrs. Grace Obianom, expressed gratitude, noting that Cutix company truly encourages personal and professional growth, urging other companies to implement similar initiatives.
