state government to evacuate wastes from drainages and indiscriminate dumping places to permanent dump sites provided by the state government. The Deputy Governor and his team sustained efforts to ensure that the Governor’s mandate of clean and healthy state was effectively achieved which yields the desired results.
To sustain the tempo, the state government after the exercise employed the services of professional wastes evacuators who now ensure that wastes disposal becomes a prompt and regular exercise across the state . It also increased sensitization of the people on the benefits of regular clean up of the environment and proper use of waste bins designated in strategic areas across the state by the state government.

The state government is also currently making efforts towards resolving Inter-state boundary demarcation issues between Anambra and Enugu States and Anambra State and Imo States. The state boundary committee has facilitated and attended joint meeting of officials in Abuja for ratification and implementation of the provisional tracing of the Anambra and Enugu boundary line which was last conducted in 2016.
The Anambra State Boundary Committee had also hosted the National Boundary Commission on a four-day official visit for ethnographic study and town hall meetings in view of resolving the boundary issues between Anambra and Imo states.
Development of Anambra State Boundary Smart Peace Map – an electronic map that displays the general status of inter-community boundary at a glance, is underway for permanent solution to challenges of boundary crisis in the state.
Indeed, Solution government is out to work for Ndi Anambra and poised to restoring the glory of the state in all ramifications.
