Construction work on the road leading to Solution Fun city, Awka, is eighty percent completed.

 

The project manager, Engineer Ola Kings made this known while fielding questions from ABS Works Correspondent Ngozi Obileri who monitored pace of work on the road.

When ABS arrived at the site, it was observed that laying of stone base has been completed on over eighty percent of the road.

 

Men of FEROTEX construction company, the firm handling the project were seen carrying out various levels of work on the site.

 

Speaking to the ABS, Engineer Kings said that they will complete work on the road before the end of July this year in line with the directive of Governor Chukwuma Soludo whom he said was certain that the Solution Fun City would be operational within three months.

He said that all parts of the project are moving on as expected and promised to deliver on schedule.

 

Speaking on the development, an Awka indigene, Mr Abuchi Nwozor said that Awka is fastly transforming to a real state capital with the attention the community is receiving from the solution government.

Mr Nwozor while appreciating Anambra state government for all the development projects in Awka, including completed and ongoing road projects, expressed optimism that by the time the solution government would have completed its plans for Awka, the state capital will have the desired status.
