Miss Chioma Ugwuanyi and Mr. Chibuzor Nwabue have tied the nuptial knot and became one in a marriage ceremony which attracted many who came to bear witness to their union.
Guests who attended the marriage ceremony, held in Awka, advised and wished the couple well in their marital journey.
The couples exchanged marital vows at the wedding Mass, held at Saint Thomas Aquinas Parish, Awka.
One of the officiating priests, Reverend Father Augustine Nwafor in a homily, explained that marriage is a divine institution ordained by God and advised the couple to always love one another and avoid third party for them to have a successful marriage.
According to the groom, Mr. Chibuzor Nwabue, it was a dream come true for him and reveled that he met his wife during an official engagement from where their love blossomed, advising young men to plan, know what they want and boldly take the step.
The bride, now Mrs. Chioma Nwabue also affirmed that he met the husband in the line of duty, and thanked God for their union wishing for the very best in their marriage.
The parents of the groom, Mr. Ndu and Mrs. Edith Nwabue explained that marriage is destined by God and that both couple should work towards a successful marriage and have patient and understanding for each other.
The Father of the bride, Mr. Emmanuel Ugwuanyi, noted that God has joined them in union, while the elder brother of the bride, Dr. Emeka Ugwuanyi expressed joy for witnessing the event having come home from United Kingdom and wished the younger sister well.
The Commissioner for Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Anambra State, Barrister Tony Ifeanya and the former Deputy Chief Press Secretary to former Governor Willie Obiano, Mr. James Eze advised the coupe on tolerance, patience and kindness
The Deputy Governor of Anambra State, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim also graced the event, while the couple exchanged marital vows, danced and entertained their guests during their wedding reception.
