The State Commissioner for Youth Development, Mr. Patrick Agha-Mba, has assured that no community and political ward in Anambra will be left behind in the phase two of one youth two skills entrepreneurship programme.

 

Mr. Agha-Mba, gave the assurance while holding mop up screening exercise for master trainers in Awka, which he said was an exercise aimed at achieving quality assurance and inclusiveness.

According to Mr Agha-Mba, the mop up screening exercise for master trainers was to ensure that all communities and political wards are carried along as the programme will be community driven.

 

He noted that Governor Soludo is passionate about giving the youths of Anambra a productive future which brought about the idea of getting the youths of every community benefit from the One Youth Two Skills programme.

Mr Agha-Mba, re-emphasized that the One Youth Two Skills programme has already began to achieve the objective of creating quality jobs and youth millionaires across the state and promised to intensity efforts in maximizing the goal of the program.

 

He appreciated Governor Chukwuma Soludo for his commitment to the One Youth Two Skills programme and encourage the master trainers to be diligent in discharging their duties when the training commences.

Mr Agha-Mba maintained that from the screening and certification of the training centers, apprenticeship, entrepreneurship, cooperative, business financing, mentoring will be monitored, reviewed and evaluated to ensure the purpose is achieved and quality assured for a more productive Anambra State.
