The Anglican Bishop of Aguata Diocese Right Reverend Samuel Ezeofor has urged elders in the society to always take pride in encouraging the young ones for generational growth.
In a sermon at Immanuel Church Etti, Nanka, in Orumba North Local Government Area during a pastoral visit, Bishop Ezeofor stressed the need for the elders to always transfer the quality Christian faith they have to their children to improve the moral tone of the society.
Right Reverend Ezeofor who during the service dedicated the church for the expansion of God’s kingdom on Earth, disclosed that churches are built to discourage the people from idolatry, commended the people of Etti Nanka for building a befitting house of worship for God.
The President of Aguata Diocesan Women’s Ministry, Mrs. Chinyere Ezeofor, the Archdeacon of Nanka Archdeaconry Venerable Ifeanyi Mgbemene and a parishioner Venerable Godfrey Nkanyimuo during their separate interviews, called on the federal government to map out far reaching measures that will improve the living standards of the people.
