The Former Member that represented Anambra East and West Federal Constituency, Honourable Chinedu Obidigwe says that the State’s tourist sites can fetch enough internally generated revenue.
Hon. Obidigwe who disclosed this during an event in Awka recently, eulogized Governor Chukwuma Soludo for repositioning and revolutionizing the state’s tourism sector.
Hon. Obidigwe revealed that he took forty-two of his constituents to Egypt for an Agric show when he was in the green chambers, which offered them the opportunity to visit the pyramid, red sea among others and commended what Governor Soludo is doing in the tourist sector, describing it as a step in the right direction.
Hon. Obidigwe also called on Ndi Anambra to rally round the Governor for him to continue his good works in the state.
