The Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, has confirmed that the Port Harcourt Refinery in Rivers State has commenced crude oil processing.
The Chief Corporate Communications Officer of the company, Femi Soneye, who broke the news yesterday , revealed that the refinery will operate at sixty percent capacity and process sixty thousand barrels per day, adding that truck loading commenced yesterday, and that the company is also working to bring the Warri Refinery back to live soon.
