Construction of the three point five seven kilometers Igboukwu-Amichi-Ekwulummili road, covering two local governments of Aguata and Nnewi South, has been awarded to Nevclinton Nigeria Limited at the cost of two point three five-five billion naira and will be completed within six months from the date of mobilization.
A press statement signed by the Commissioner for Information, Dr Law Mefor, also revealed that Nteje-Otuocha Road was awarded for construction by Anambra State Executive Council at the tune of six hundred and sixty-eight point six-six zero one million naira and the contract was awarded to MacDamanox Construction Company.
It added that the rehabilitation of the nineteen-point one-kilometer Awkuzu-Igbariam-Anaku Link Road was awarded to Retro Construction Company Limited and would be completed eighteen months, among many other roads.
