Sixteen days Activism Against Gender-Based Violence has continued to garner momentum as the commissioner for Women and Social Welfare, Mrs Ify Obinabo takes its message to schools.
Speaking to students of Kenneth Dike Memorial Secondary, Mrs Obinabo highlighted the dangers of indecent dressing, rape and its consequences.
Some of the students, Nonso Ofonze, Rita Nwafor and Chioma Okonkwo who shared what they learnt after the talk promised to take the message to their various homes and communities.
The event is being organized by State Ministries of Health and Women Affairs in Collaboration with World Health Organization.
