Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has called on members of the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, to unite and work together for the party.

Speaking at the National Executive Council Meeting of the party in Abuja, Governor Soludo, who is the leader of the party, reminded members that NEC is the highest decision-making body of the party, and urged state party leaders to take advantage of the ongoing electronic registration to re-register her members to get things organised in their various states.

He praised the Bola Tinubu administration for looking beyond the ruling party and appointing Lady Bianca Ojukwu of APGA as the first Minister from the party, and urged her to be a worthy ambassador of the party.

The Governor also commended the judiciary and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for working to promote what he called “the new Nigeria of our dream”, describing the APGA victory at the Supreme Court as a call for greater action.

Earlier in his remark, the National Chairman of APGA, Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa, appreciated the judiciary for affirming his legitimacy as the Chairman of the party, and promised members a new APGA.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Governor of Anambra State, Dr. Ifeanyichukwu Ibezim, APGA members in the state and national assembly, Minister State, Foreign Affairs, Lady Bianca, among others.
