Laying of asphalt has been completed on the Ekwulobia Flyover, a project being constructed by Governor Chukwuma Soludo.
When the ABS arrived the site, it was observed that laying of asphalt on the flyover has been completed except for finishing touches while laying of asphalt was seen going on under the flyover.
Speaking to the media on the development, the Chief of Staff to Governor Soludo, Mr Ernest Ezeajughi, expressed pride that the flyover has been completed, despite doubts from some quarters who thought that the Governor would not complete the road in a record time, recalling that the project was started barely one year ago.
The Project Manager, Engineer Shalluloum Flaha said laying of asphalt on the road would be completed in a few days time as was directed by the Governor.
The Vice President, Ekwulobia Town Union, Elder Frank Timothy and an indigene of Ekwulobia, Mrs Dorothy Ezeike noted that they are proud to have a Governor like Governor Soludo at this point in time, saying that they never believed that Ekwulobia will change like this within a short period of time.
