The Anglican Bishop of Ogbaru Diocese, Right Reverend Prosper Amah, has described Christmas as the fulfillment of God’s promise to mankind.
In his Christmas message, Bishop Amah emphasized that through the birth of Jesus Christ, God fulfilled His promise of sending a Savior who would bring salvation to humanity. He also urged politicians and leaders to always fulfill their campaign promises to the people.
According to Right Reverend Amah, beyond the festivities of Christmas, affluent individuals should remember the less privileged in their midst by offering a helping hand to give them a sense of belonging.
He called on governments at all levels to create policies that will add value to the lives of the people, lamenting the hardships Nigerians are enduring, particularly the ongoing Naira scarcity, which is exacerbating the problems faced by citizens.
