An illustrious son of Ifiteiogbeadiji Ebenesi Nnobi in Idemili South Council Area, Chief Alexander Ezeonu has been inducted into the prestigious Ozo society of the community.
The cultural event, which was a carnival of sort, attracted people from all walks of life, Ndi Nze na Ozo, Ndi Ichie Nnobi, friends, and well-wishers.
Speaking during the event, the Leader of Nze na Ozo Nnobi, Chief Afam Ozuagu, and the Ichie Ifiteiogbeadiji Nnobi, Chief Linus Umeh described Ozo title as a title reserved for reputable personalities who have distinguished themselves in community service.
Responding, Chief Ezeonu described his new title as well deserved as he has contributed his quota to community development, assisting the poor and vulnerable persons in his town and beyond to have a better life.
Ushie Dance by Ndi Ozo Nnobi and masquerade performances led to the climax of the event.
