Governor Chukwuma Soludo today joined in the series activities marking the 2025 Armed Forces Remembrance Day ceremony at Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square in Awka.

The day began with a solemn procession, featuring members of the armed forces, veteran organizations, and local dignitaries, culminating in a laying of wreath by Governor Soludo, Deputy Governor, Dr. Ibezim, Speaker, Anambra State House of Assembly, Right Honourable Somtochukwu Udeze, State Chief Judge, Justice Onochie Anyachebelu, among others.

Speaking shortly after the wreath laying ceremony and release of pigeons Governor Soludo paid glowing tributes in honor of fallen servicemen and women.
