The Special Adviser to Governor Chukwuma Soludo on Trade and Markets, Chief Evarist Uba, has reaffirmed the commitment of the state government to developing markets and empowering traders in Anambra.
Speaking at an interfaith prayer meeting held at the Old Mercedes Spare Parts Market, Nkpor in Idemili North Local Government Area, Chief Uba emphasized the need for unity, peace and cooperation among market stakeholders, describing them as essential for sustainable development.
Chairman of the market, Chief Martin Ezeokeke, who expressed gratitude to the state government for its consistent support to to traders, led other leaders in pledging support to enhance development and promote peace and unity in the market.
