The traditional ruler of Obosi and Chairman, Anambra State Traditional Rulers Council, Igwe Chidubem Iweka has charged youths to be in the forefront in the campaign to promote moral and social values.
Igwe Iweka was speaking when the Anambra State Association of Town Unions, ASATU, its Ohanaeze Ndigbo and All Progressives Grand Alliance, counterparts paid a courtesy visit at his Palace in Obosi.
Igwe Iweka charged them to address the moral decadence ravaging the society by discouraging get-rich-quick syndrome to achieve Governor Soludo vision of building a livable and prosperous homeland
Earlier, the President-General, ASATU Youth Wing, Comrade Ken Okoli, said the aim of the visit was to congratulate the traditional ruler on his appointment as the Chairman, Anambra State Traditional Rulers Council and assured of their support to his administration.
In his remarks, the leader of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Anambra State youth Wing, Mr. Onyedika Eweh stressed the need for law enforcement agencies to carry the young people along in the fight against insecurity for the benefit of the state.
