Communities and residents of the state have been urged to provide timely and useful information to operatives of Agunechemba to further accelerate the ongoing onslaught against criminal elements and all forms of criminality across the state.
Speaking in Awka, the immediate past Vice President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo Worldwide, Chief Damian Okeke-Ogene commended the remarkable achievements recorded by Operation Udo ga Achi within a short time and made it clear that the state Homeland Security Law is a revolutionary, holistic legal framework to tackle insecurity and has nothing whatsoever to do with Igbo traditional religion, culture and tradition.
Chief Okeke-Ogene explained that Ndigbo abhor crime and blood shedding in any form and encourage promotion of moral values, hard-work and integrity, urging members of Anambra State Association of Town Unions to intensify enlightenment of the people on various components of the security law.
