The United States Court of Appeals has declined to overturn Lower court’s injunction that blocked President Donald Trump’s executive order limiting birthright citizenship.
The court stated that the federal government has not made a strong showing that they are likely to succeed from the merits as required by law,and this is the first time an appellate court has weighed in on Trump’s birthright citizenship order
