As the 2018 FIFA World Cup tournament continues in Russia a community leader in Akpo Aguata Local Government area Chief Godwin Ezeno has charged
youths to aspire to become household names in the world of soccer as football promotes peace, unity and progress in any society.
He described sports as unifying factor for communities and reiterated his commitment to engaging the youths in Aguata Local Government area to become useful citizens.
Chief Ezeno called on the youths in the area to make good use of any opportunity given them to showcase their talents.
He stated that in line with the State Government’s policy of catching them young through talent hunt, he would always assist in giving youths the opportunity to reach their apogee in football.
For Mr Ekene Ezemego, youths are easily lured into crime especially drug abuse, advising them to utilize their God given talents for promoting good deeds.
Contributing, Mr Ezenwa Onyeka, urged youths to engage themselves meaningfully and desist from crimes.
