Awka yesterday played host to who is who in APGA as the party held its retreat ahead of its primaries coming up later this month.
The event which also featured a book presentation by former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has as its theme, “APGA : The Trials, tribulations and triumphs”.
Governor Willie Obiano, the Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Senator Victor Umeh, former Minister of Information, Mr. Labaran Maku and other major APGA Stakeholders from all over the country were in attendance.
Also at the retreat were other APGA faithful including all aspirants from all over the country, from the presidential lto the Houses of Assembly.
The event created a platform for interaction and networking among the aspirants as well as enlightened them on their responsibilities towards the party and their constituents and gave them reorientation on the manifesto of the party.
