The Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN), also called Shiites has taken the Nigerian Army and the Federal Government of Nigeria to the International Criminal Court (ICC), Hague for supposedly slaughtering and injuring scores of its individuals amid the conflict with troopers in Zaria, Kaduna.

Likewise, the legal commission of request examining the conflict yesterday suspended procedures again as the lawful group of the Islamic body guaranteed it was denied access to Sheik Ibraheem El-Zakzaky.

Tending to a public interview, the media officer to the gathering, Mallam Ibrahim Musa, said that the legitimate group of the Shiites has been coordinated to initiate an activity of genocide against the Army and the Federal Government at the ICC, calling attention to that: “We have totally lost trust in the legal commission of request. They have so far neglected to implement their requests to the security strengths to permit access to Sheik El-Zakzaky.

“We have made plans to look for review somewhere else. Today, we have presented an appeal to the International Criminal Court in

Hague. Points of interest will be made open at the appropriate time.”

“Also, we have chosen to go to the courts. Our legal advisors will address a public interview tomorrow in transit forward,” Musa included.

As per him: “As opposed to apologize for the different demonstrations of genocide and infringement of the principal privileges of the development, the Kaduna State Government with the authority of the Nigerian military moved and set up a legal commission of request with skewed terms of reference.”

In the interim, as the legal board continued sitting in Kaduna yesterday, it neglected to take the reminder of the Army as guaranteed at the last suspension. It again dismissed procedures till one week from now.

The purpose behind the deferment, as indicated by the Chairman of the commission, Justice Muhammadu Garba Lawal, was to give the insight to the IMN a last chance to have admittance to their pioneer.

He said: “The commission has considered the startling application by the guidance to the commission for yet another intermission to empower insight to the IMN have admittance to their pioneer.
