A three storey building under construction has collapsed at Ogalonye by Ezenwa Street off new Market Road Onitsha.
The building which collapsed around two o’ clock in the afternoon yesterday left seven persons trapped and two others rescued at the moment.
ABS Crew who was at the scene of the disaster witnessed a mammoth crowd with people battling to rescue the remaining five yet trapped in the disaster
Meanwhile search and rescue team, individual effort with security agencies were still at the scene making frantic effort to save the life of others, as at the time of this report.
An eye witness, Mrs. Miriam Michael who was at a shop located under the construction site said they were frightening when they heard the thunderous sound.
