Anambra State government has constituted a panel of inquiry into Ochuche Umuodu traditional stool crisis in Ogbaru Local Government Area.
The Panel has Igwe Rowland Odegbo as Chairman while Mr Boniface Ezelefeanya will serve as Secretary.
A release from the Panel is calling for memoranda from concerned citizens of Ochuche Umuodu which will reach the Office of the Commissioner for Local Government, Chieftaincy and Community Affairs, Government House Awka on or before close of work on Tuesday twenty eight May 2019.
According to the release, the memoranda shall be in six copies and submitted to the same office.
It states that the Panel will conduct private hearing on Tuesday twenty-eight May and public hearing from Wednesday twenty-ninth to Friday thirty-first May 2019 at eleven 0’clock in the morning at the Board Room and Conference Hall at the office of the Secretary to the State Government, Government House Awka.
According to the release ,the Panel shall continue sittings daily from Monday third June 2019 at eleven 0’clock in the morning until the assignment is completed.
