A total of one thousand four hundred and twenty three applicants shortlisted for screening for police recruitment exercise in Anambra state have been screened.A release from the Police Public Relations Officer Mr. Haruna Mahamed said that the exercise is going on successfully at the Dora Akunyili Women’s Development Center Awka.It said that the Police Commissioner representing South East and organized private sector Police Service Commission Dr Jombo Nkem Jombo-Ofo visited the recruitment center in company of the secretary to Anambra State Government Professor Solo Chukwulobelu for on the spot assessment.According to the statement, they were received by the Police Commissioner in charge of the recruitment exercise in the state Mr. Maikudi Shehu, in company of the State co-coordinator for the recruitment from the Police Service Commission Mr. Festus Onyisi.The release also said that the exercise is still ongoing.
