Anambra state government has reassured its commitment to carrying individuals and groups that mean well for the state along in the scheme of things.
Deputy Governor, Dr. Nkem Okeke gave the assurance when some delegates of Northern Christian Forum, Anambra State Chapter, paid him a visit in his office at the Government House Awka.

The Northern Christian Forum is an umbrella body of all Christians from the Northern part of Nigeria resident in the state with the sole objective of protecting the interest of members, promoting peace and harmony in the host state and propagate the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Addressing the people, Deputy Governor Okeke reminded them of the determination of the present administration to carrying all residents of the state along irrespective of tribe, religion, or party affiliation.
While calling on them to always contribute their quota in the development and progress of the state, Dr Okeke assured that the state government will look into their challenges.
Earlier, the Patron of the Association and leader of the delegation, Reverend Jeremiah Adeyi, who commended Governor Willie Obiano led administration on its attention to both indigenes and non-indigenes of the state since inception, solicited for more collaborations , saying that they mean well for the state.
In a remark, the Vice President, Northern Christian Forum, Anambra State Chapter, Prince Jonah Akawu thanked the Deputy Governor for the warm reception and assured that the group will keep supporting the Obiano government.
