The Chairman of Integrity Mandate Foundation, Chief Ossy Afulukwe has congratulated Anambra born Celestine Okoye, for his recent promotion to Deputy Inspector General of Police, DIG.  Chief Afulukwe, who was speaking from Nimo said the new DIG has earned the elevation by dint of his hard work and track record of honest service to the nation.

The Integrity Mandate Foundation chairman further commended the Anambra state Police Commissioner and the state Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, for their wonderful approaches to curbing of crime and road crashes in the state. Chief Afulukwe however advised them to have further hold on the Keke operators for what he called their reckless driving and connivance with some bad youths to engage in criminal activities. According to him, if not well checked, the Keke and bus drivers would add to the already traffic build up this Yuletide.         

      He pleaded with the Road Safety and other Para Military Agencies to go the extra mile in freeing up the Bridge Head end of Onitsha this Christmas season, so as to prevent holding up of people travelling for the celebrations.Â
