A group, christened Nanka Forum has called on the general public to assist it in identify a woman picked up by men of Civil Defense along the Agulu / Ekwulobia road at Nkwo Agu, Nanka in the early morning of December thirty-first 2019.
A release from the Forum stated that the woman, whose unconscious body was found lying by the roadside was dropped at the Ofu Obi General Hospital located at Agbiligba village in Nanka, Orumba North local government area where she has been receiving treatment till date.
According to the release, she regained consciousness the following morning, that was first January, 2020 and has continued to make steady progress but not fully coherent in thought process though she said that her name is Chinyere, and claims to hail from Agulu but efforts to verify her claims have proved abortive.
Members of Nanka Forum, who have been taking care of her medicals and upkeep appeal to the general public or anybody with information about her family to contact Ofu Obi General Hospital, Nanka immediately or dial 0813 669 7979.
