Full scale work has commenced on the second phase of
Isuaniocha-Mgbakwu road project, being constructed by the Anambra state government.
Construction work has accelerated from Nkwo Mgbakwu to Anambra state Polytechnic, Mgbakwu.
Works correspondent, Ngozi Obileri, who monitored the pace and quality of work on the road reports that construction of drainages on both sides of the road was on-going when ABS visited the site while casting has commenced on one side.

Men of the firm handling the project were seen discharging their duties as materials were readily at their disposal.
Speaking on the development, an indigene of the area , Mr. Obinna Chinwuba and a resident of the community, Mr. Chinedu Nwokeji said that this second phase started on the thirty-first of December till now.
They expressed satisfaction with the quality of work done, and appreciated Governor Obiano for keeping to his promise of mobilizing contractors to site.
On his part, the foreman of the site, Mr. Onyema Agu, who said that they have covered one kilometer of the road, assured the completion of the drainages by middle of February.
Meanwhile, the Isuanaocha end of the road was completed on November, last year.
