The Anambra state Community and Social Development Agency has kicked off a two-day training for Community Project Management Committee members from ten communities across six local government areas of the state.


The training, aimed at providing the participants with requisite knowledge and skills needed for the implementation of Community Development Plans, CDPs, is currently taking place at Awka, with twenty delegates from each of the ten communities in attendance.


Addressing participants, the General Manager, Anambra state Community and Social Development Agency, Mr. Chudi Mojekwu, announced that they will start disbursement of funds next week Monday.


He noted that the ten participating communities will bring to total fifty communities they are intervening on across the twelve focal council areas.
