The House of Representative will on March twelve begin debate on the reforms of Almajiri education system.
A House of Representatives Member, Dr Balarabe Kakale who represents Bodinga-Dange-Shuni-Tureta Federal Constituency in Sokoto State, revealed this in a statement issued to newsmen in Sokoto.
The lawmaker said that the move was part of the legislator’s commitment to reform the system.
He said it is aimed at reforming the system to be better, as well as realign it to be in tune with globally-accepted standards within the context of religion, tradition, culture and socio-economic realities.
