Commendations have continued to trail the efforts of the present administration in the state.
Some of the people who spoke with ABS in Awka rated the state high in the areas of security, agriculture, education, Road network and environmental sanitation.
They also commended the leaders for the gradual transformation of the State to a secure and stable state ready for investment from both local and foreign investors.
Citing the return of sanity to Upper Iweka and relative peace in parts of the state as a result of the Governor Willie Obiano’s security initiative, the chairman Willie Obiano support group, chief Jude Emechata, said the massive investments in agriculture, development of the Oil and Gas sector and massive infrastructure and road projects across the state are clear indication of a focused and performing administration.
An industrialist engineer Chinedu Onwuaso lauded governor Obiano’s’ state-of-the-art crime prevention and security strategy which he noted has secured many parts of Anambra.
Engineer Onwuasu lauded the present administration for creating enabling environment for business to thrive citing the creation of Anambra investment protection and promotion agency ANISPPA which he said has eased the rigours of opening new business in the state as a move in the right direction.
On his part the president general of Ogborji town union chief Mike Obidike and his secretary Mr. john Obiano said that the present administration has nipped crime and criminality in the bid to scattered the den of kidnappers and restored the confidence of the people in the ability of the government to protect its citizens describing the present administrations people-oriented policies which said has pays more attention to the cries of the masses.
