The saying that the best achievement any human can make in life is the number of lives he or she was able to touch while alive was relived as the remains of late Lady Juliana Ezemoka were laid to rest in her country home at Oko, Orumba North Council Area.
Late Lady Juliana was according to mourners who attended the funeral rites, a philanthropist per excellence.
Late Lady Juliana who died at sixty-two was, until her demise, a mother of three boys and a girl who are already doing well in their various life endeavours.
In a sermon during the burial mass at St. John the Divine Church Oko, the Anglican Bishop of Aguata Diocese, the Right Reverend Samuel Ezeofor who described the late Lady Ezemoka as a quintessential woman who lived her life for God and humanity, reminded Christians of the ephemeral nature of the world, pointing out that nothing in the world is worth living for, hence the need for them to uphold righteousness and their faith in God in order to gain eternal life.
In his remarks, the husband of the deceased, Sir Gabriel Ezemoka who described his late wife as a peace loving woman, thanked God for the life of love and charity she lived, promising to carry on from where she stopped.
In separate interviews, the first son of the deceased, Mr.
Obiorah Ezemoka, and the sister, Miss Ijeoma Ezemoka, said their mother’s death has created vacuum in their lives that only God could fill, and assured to live by all that they learnt from their late mother.
For the Anglican Bishop of Jalingo Diocese, Bishop Timothy Yahaya, and friends of the deceased, including Mrs. Ifeoma Ekwueme, and Barrister Gloria Ezezike said that late Lady Juliana was hardworking, prayerful, and a peace maker who lived an exemplary life all through her life time.
The burial ceremony witnessed presence of in-laws, friends, and well wishers who came from all over the country to commiserate with the bereaved family.
