Anambra State Government has equipped the State NYSC Orientation Camp,
Umuawulu with more facilities in compliance with directive on COVID-19 protocols.
The Ihiala Local Government Area NYSC Inspector, Mr. Onyekachi
Eze-Obia who disclosed this when he led some corps members on a
courtesy call on Ihiala Transition Committee Chairman at the Council
headquarters, said the state government has procured more sleeping
material and other equipment to ensure that the next batch of corps
members that will be posted to the state will be spread out in hostels
within the camp that has four thousand capacity.
The Ihiala NYSC Inspector on behalf of the State Coordinator, NYSC,
Mr. Kehinde Aremu thanked the state government and Ihiala local
government authority for renovating their corpers lodge noting that
Ihiala is one of the biggest Local Government Areas that absolves the
highest number of corps members.
Responding, the Transition Committee Chairman of the Local Government
Council, Engineer Jude Obi told the corps members that the sky will be
their limit if they conduct themselves well, shun political thuggery,
mind their primary assignment and refuse to be deceived by anybody.
Engineer Obi assured them of his support and safety throughout their
stay while the corps members recited NYCS Anthem.
