Sir Cyril Ejiofor Okeke-Nwoye, of Enu-orji village, Enugwu-Ukwu, has
answered the ultimate call as his remains were committed to earth
in his compound.

The burial mass which took place at Saint Anthony’s Catholic church,
Enugwu-Ukwu,attracted family members, the clergy, knights and Ladies
of Saint John International, friends and well wishers.
Queen Anigbogu reports that while describing death as the ultimate call, a visiting Priest, Reverend
Father Hillary Anielom, said that every human being is on a pilgrimage
on earth and must return home to his Creator one day.

He frowned at people who fight over properties as if they will live
forever noting that the burial ceremony affords the living an
opportunity to amend their lives.
In a brief personality profile for late Sir Cyril, his son, Engineer
Emma Okeke, said his father has an indomitable spirit of honesty, and
determination as well as an ardent practicing Christian who was
devoted to the service of God.

He noted that he will miss him most especially because he taught him
to be the man he is today.
In a vote of thanks, the Grand President of Knights of Saint John
International, Sir Tony Okeke, thanked all individuals and groups for
their efforts towards the success of the burial and assured the
deceased’s children that their father died a fulfilled man
Interment, reading of tributes at the grave side, condolence visits
among others things featured during the event.
