Peaceful candlelight memorial processions will hold today, 21-10-2020, in 3 major towns of Anambra state in honour of victims of police brutality. This is part of the #EndSars nationwide movement.
The memorial is coming amidst ongoing #EndSARS protests that has led to loss of lives and damage to property in some states, forcing some state Governors to declare states of emergencies in their respective states.
The ceremony tagged, “CANDLE LIGHT MEMORIAL FOR OUR FALLEN HEROES OF POLICE BRUTALITY”, will be held from 6pm to 9pm at Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square, Awka, DMGS Roundabout, Onitsha and Nwafor-Orizu Roundabout, Nnewi.
