The Anambra state Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Sir Norbert Obi has maintained that the Anambra Vision 2070 Developmental Master Plan can be best implemented by APGA government.

 

Sir Norbert stated this at the Njikoka council area secretariat, Abagana during the fact finding tour embarked on by the APGA State Working Committee.

According to him, the vision 2070 which contains the development plan of Anambra state in the next fifty years is being developed by the APGA government and it will be in the best interest of Ndi Anambra if the plan is implemented by those that masterminded it.

Addressing the eighteen wards under the local government, the Member Representing Njikoka two in the state Assembly, Honorable Pete Ibida who described the Obiano led administration as legendary especially in the area of security and welfare of the people, commended the APGA state Executive for the thoughtful initiative and urged the people of Njikoka to show great solidarity.

The tour Committee Chairman, Sir Theophina Nnoli while addressing the gathering, assured that the ongoing road projects will get massive attention at the completion of the Anambra International Cargo Airport come April next year as many other important road will also be constructed before the end of Obiano led administration as APGA prepares to hand over to Another APGA government for continuity.

On his part, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Anambra Broadcasting Service, Chief Uche Nworah, who came to welcome the APGA State Working Committee said that the tour will go a long way in sensitizing Ndi Anambra on the great achievements of Chief Willie Obiano and by so doing strengthen grassroot mobilization ahead of the 2021 gubernatorial election.

The Njikoka Council Area Transition Committee Chairman, Mr George Edozie while welcoming the APGA state Executives, noted that APGA is the best party to identify with for the interest of Anambra state and Ndi-Igbo at large.

While commending the Obiano led administration for being passionate about the progress of the state and the APGA leadership at the state level, Mr Edozie maintained that there has been a very cordial relationship between his office, the local government party executive and the ward executives as well owing to the existing peace at the state level.

In his speech, the Special Adviser to Governor Willie Obiano on Creative Security, Retired Air vice Marshal Ben Chiobi, reassured Ndi Anambra of effective security network saying there will be zero tolerance to crimes and lawlessness, urging the Youths of the state to remain law abiding and also engage themselves meaningfully.
